It seems obsessive!

This is one thing that frustrates me.

So counting calories! It seems obsessive? Well NO it's not obsessive, you don't find it obsessive when you check your bank balance? So why would you find it obsessive to check your calories?

You do realise that health is much more important than your bank balance? But yet it's obsessive to count your calories?

Try this, think of your body as a bank balance cash (calories) goes in, then subtract your outgoing's (calories) that goes out like when you exercise.

If you're trying to lose remain in the overdraft (deficit)

If you want to gain eat more cash stay clear of the coins! Could get messy!
