About Me

My journey into fitness started after a tragic accident left me being unable to walk, talk or breathe on my own. After an intense rehabilitation programme I qualified to become a personal trainer. I worked towards my goal of becoming a PT in no more than a year and a half  after my rehabilitation, which is a testament to my own drive and ability to push myself, which I instil in all of my clients.

I can provide a wide range of training programmes, diet plans, workout calendars and styles. If you're in the market for any of the following, let's get chatting to see what we can plan:
